6bdt Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 6bdt ("6bdt", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the 6bdt website at https://6bdt.io or any of its affiliated pages, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 6bdt platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

6bdt operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. All monetary amounts on this platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), represented by the symbol ৳.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on 6bdt, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 6bdt, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not registered under a self-exclusion program administered by 6bdt or any affiliated responsible gaming scheme.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
• You have not previously had a 6bdt account terminated for cause.

Each player is entitled to maintain exactly one (1) registered account on the 6bdt platform. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment method numbers, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 6bdt reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bonuses, and withhold balances pending investigation.

When creating your account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund of deposited funds where fraud is established.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 6bdt will not be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You must notify 6bdt immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

6bdt operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in accordance with its obligations to prevent fraud, underage gambling, money laundering, and other prohibited activities. All players are required to complete KYC verification before any withdrawal request can be processed, regardless of the amount.

KYC verification requires the submission of the following documents, in clear, unaltered digital form:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of your registered address, dated within three (3) months of submission (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing the registered number matching your 6bdt account).

6bdt reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if required by its internal compliance procedures or if unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documents within fourteen (14) calendar days of the request may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawals until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

6bdt accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at 6bdt's discretion.

4.1 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier and are displayed at the point of transaction. 6bdt reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time with or without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 6bdt wallet balance instantly upon confirmation of the transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to reflect. 6bdt does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name on your registered 6bdt account.

4.3 Deposit Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the deposit details you enter. 6bdt accepts no liability for funds sent to an incorrect recipient account number due to player error. All deposits are final and non-refundable unless 6bdt has made a verifiable technical error in the processing of the transaction.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players who have completed full KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the method's availability for outbound transfers. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.

5.1 Processing Times

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Where a withdrawal request is made by a player who has received a bonus and has not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirements, 6bdt reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any winnings attributable to the bonus from the withdrawal amount, or to decline the withdrawal request until the wagering requirements are met.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. These limits are displayed within the account dashboard and may be adjusted upon request subject to account verification status and 6bdt's internal policies.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Wagering Requirements

6.2 Bonus Restrictions

Actions deemed to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in permanent account suspension.

7. Game Rules & Betting

All games available on the 6bdt platform are governed by the individual rules published for each game or game category. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game. These Terms shall govern all account, payment, and general platform matters regardless of the game being played.

Game outcomes for all casino products on 6bdt are determined by certified random number generator ("RNG") systems provided by the platform's third-party game suppliers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 6bdt does not alter, manipulate, or intervene in game outcomes.

For sports betting markets, odds are set by 6bdt's sportsbook team and are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. Bets accepted prior to an odds change remain valid at the odds quoted at the time of acceptance. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6bdt platform and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potentially permanent exclusion:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker, live dealer games, or sports betting syndicates.

• Using the platform to launder funds or to process transactions on behalf of third parties.

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6bdt, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

6bdt makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 6bdt's total cumulative liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 6bdt account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy & Data

6bdt processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes the categories of data collected, the purposes for which it is used, the legal basis for processing, retention periods, and your rights as a data subject.

6bdt uses SSL encryption across all data transmissions between your device and the platform. Account passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing. 6bdt does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

13. Amendments to These Terms

6bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 6bdt will provide notice to registered players via email to the address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the change taking effect, except where a change is required immediately for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the 6bdt platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 6bdt platform, you agree to first contact 6bdt's support team at [email protected] to seek resolution informally. 6bdt will endeavour to respond to and resolve all formal complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a competent court where necessary to protect intellectual property rights or prevent imminent harm.
